Foundation Cracks
Foundation cracks sometimes found during waterproofing excavations. These cracks are signs of footing settling which can be repaired in house with Helical piers.
Once Excavated
Once excavated the house wall is brushed clean and all cracks are pointed up. Very large cracks can indicate foundation settling which we can address with Helical piers while excavated.
Shoring for Safety on Deep Digs
Sealer and Backfill
Once wall repairs are made we apply Tremco 250 sealer, 6 mill plastic, drain board. New foundation drain under the gravel. Soil is compacted in 10” lifts to grade.
